Born from a real problem at a real food market.
Anyone who's been to a busy food market in South Africa knows the drill: long queues, paper tickets, shouted order numbers, and the constant risk of losing a sale because a customer gave up and left.
Queuer was built to solve exactly that. We started with a simple question: what if customers could scan a QR code, place their order, and get notified when it's ready — without downloading an app or standing in a queue?
The answer is a lightweight, browser-based platform that runs on any smartphone. No installation. No friction. Just a faster, smarter way to run a food stall.
